Looks and works great except that the pots must be perfectly balanced or the potrack tilts! This is OK if you never cook with the pots you hang from this rack, but if you actually cook with your pots and pans, the rack tilts as soon as you remove a pot or two. It needs more chains or something to keep it level. Also, there's not enough chain included to get the rack down to the height recommended in the Pot Rack Hanging Guide on this web site (22 inches from ceiling to bottom of hooks). I would recommend it to a friend only after I find a fix for the leveling problem.
