Q1: Would hanging something heavier, like a Dutch oven, cause the lower end of this to tilt down further than shown in the photo?
A: Possibly. It really depends on where you would hang it from on the rack and how much your dutch oven actually weighs. If it weighs considerably more than the items you hang on the opposite end, you might see a slight difference. You'd just need to place it in the right spot to prevent this from happening. And, for the most part, the way this rack is hung from the ceiling generally creates a pretty level surface in which you can hang items from and keep it steady.
