          The item I ordered is great, but the ordering experience with Hayneedle was very bad. It ended up costing me another $12.50 at my bank, and because of the very bad experience I will never order from Hayneedle again.. I wioll also tell my fmaily and friends about my experience.

            It's nicer looking and sturdier than I expected for the price, and is just the right size for my small kitchen, with all the functionality I could have wanted.
