The directions that came with the product referred to attaching to hooks that are pre-installed on the rack. There were no hooks pre-installed on the rack. I was not too dumb to figure out to put four of the hooks up through from the bottom to hang the rack on the chains, but the directions should match the product.

there is a looseness with the floating pot shelf inner panel

I can easily get to all my pots and pans! I will no longer have to deal with the under the counter clutter and trying to find the right pot tops. Now it will all be right at my fingertips.

The size shows 36"x18". that is the dimension of the pot hanging center. The dimension of the whole piece is considerably bigger. Bad form to list it as one size and it is different.
