        The paint on the pot hooks and chain was simply falling off. The " I " hooks that hold the device to the ceiling are the wrong finish. The rack itself looks good, but I did not even take it out of the box because the hooks, chains, and I bolts are pitiful. Which makes the overall product look weak at best. Why would you sell an Item like this and accompany it with ultra cheap hardware.

          Everything about it is great except chains to hold it up are kinda light weight and don't have welded links. Well worth the money I just bought heavier welded link chains and had to paint them to match.

            This is a great quality pot rack for the price! It's very well built and will easily hold 50 lbs. of pots and pans and accessories. Pot rack itself weighs about 50 lbs. so plan on some extra bracing when you hang it. Sand color is more grey than beige which is sometimes hard to tell from the color swatches on the computer screen. I'm very pleased with this pot rack choice.
