Q1: How many hooks are included?

A: 6 straight and 6 angled hooks

Q2: How does the electrical look on this pot rack?

A: The wires come from the lights and this pot rack comes with wire clips that attach to the arms of the pot rack all the way up to where the hanging links start. At that point it is up to the customer to decide where the wire will go.

Q3: How do I change a light bulb on this rack?

A: 1.Make sure power is shut off to unit. 2.Using a small standard screwdriver between the lens cover (small inner metal ring approximately 1/8 inch metal band) and the fixture housing (wider outside ring approximately 1/2 inch wide metal band) carefully pry the lens cover out from the fixture housing. If you look very carefully between the lens cover and fixture housing you should see three small openings equally spaced around the lens cover metal ring. This is the best place to use or insert a small blade type screwdriver and pry off the lens cover ring. 3. Be careful when the cover comes off, the "glass" lens is now loose and will fall unless care is taken. 4. The small bulb can now be replaced.

Q4: How does this pot rack attach to the ceiling?

A: The wire runs up one of the arms and chain (if used) and a qualified electrician needs to be consulted about how the wire should run into the ceiling. A canopy is also provided if needed.

A: 6 feet

Q6: Does this rack require hard-wiring for the lights, or does the cord for the lights have to run along the ceiling, down a wall, and into an outlet?

A: This rack has to be hard wired.
