10 Things You Should Know About Wall Pot Racks

1. Ideal for medium to smaller sized kitchens, wall pot racks save cabinet space and keep your pots and pans handy.

2. Measure your wall space and work area to get an idea of the pot rack size that's best for you.

3. Make sure your wall pot rack is easily accessible.

4. Allow enough space below the pot rack for the items you're going to hang from it.

5. Pots and pans are usually between 10 and 21 inches long, without hanging hooks. Keep this in mind before mounting any wall pot rack.

6. Wall pot racks usually come in three styles - "Bar" with hooks, "Shelf" for additional storage and "Decorative" for artistic elegance.

7. Hanging pot racks can be made of wood or metal. Some metal pot racks are finished with paint or powder coating for long-lasting utility.

8. Most wall pot racks require lag bolts to be fixed firmly into wall studs.

9. Mounting wall racks into brick masonry or metal may require additional hardware such as masonry expansion bolts.

10. For proper installation in these cases, we recommend consulting a professional in your area.
