When we opened the box, the rack had 4 screw holes, one had obviously been worn away telling us the item had been used. There were no instructions and no installation hardware (screws), we had to go buy our own. Will buy elsewhere next time.

Use this pot rack in my summer home. Looks great in the kitchen. Really like that when you take a pot off the rack, the hook stays on. Great design for my particular space. Great space-saver. Would definitely purchase again.
